30-day return window
You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — beyond the 14-day EU statutory withdrawal period. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty, but if a formula genuinely does not suit your skin within 30 days, contact us and we will find a fair solution.
How to return
Email care@nimbus.eu with your order number. We will send a prepaid EU return label within one business day. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return, typically much sooner.
Damaged or faulty items
If a glass vessel arrives cracked or a ceramic piece damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement immediately — no return required. Statutory warranty rights under EU consumer law (minimum 2 years) apply to all ritual objects.
Refill pouches
Refill pouches are sealed for stability and can only be returned unopened. Damaged-on-arrival pouches are replaced free of charge.
