Shipping Policy

NIMBUS ships carbon-neutral across the European Union from our fulfilment studio in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Delivery times & rates

Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship the same business day. Standard EU delivery takes 2–4 business days and costs €6.90. Shipping is free on all orders above €120. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for €14.90.

VAT & customs

All prices displayed on nimbus.eu include VAT at your local EU rate, calculated at checkout. Because we ship exclusively within the EU, there are never customs duties or import fees on arrival.

Packaging

Orders are packed in FSC-certified moulded paper pulp with zero plastic. Glass vessels are cradled in recycled cotton fibre. Our carrier partners offset 100% of transport emissions.

Tracking

You will receive a tracked shipping confirmation by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days, contact care@nimbus.eu and we will resolve it or reship at no cost.
