Terms of Service
These terms govern purchases from nimbus.eu, operated by NIMBUS Skincare ApS, Ryesgade 19, 2200 Copenhagen N, Denmark (CVR DK-41 22 87 65).
Orders & contract
A binding contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by obvious pricing errors, with immediate full refund.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA-linked methods. Your card is charged when the order ships.
Right of withdrawal
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, which we voluntarily extend to 30 days for unopened products. Sealed cosmetic products that are unsealed after delivery are exempt for hygiene reasons per Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(e).
Liability & disputes
Our products are cosmetic, not medicinal; discontinue use if irritation occurs and patch-test new formulas. Statutory warranty rights apply in full. These terms are governed by Danish law. EU consumers may use the European Commission ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) for dispute resolution.
